This page details my customer terms and conditions.

I can accept orders by Telephone.
I only accept orders for flower delivery in the Ashford (Kent) and surrounding Areas (UK) except for Weddings and Funerals.
I only accept credit card payment over the phone.
Orders that are cancelled may be subject to a cancellation fee (for Weddings a deposit will be required).
For Workshops -payment will need to be made at the time of reserving your place. Should you not show for the Workshop, for a valid reason and you contact me before the Workshop - you can either move to another Workshop date, or I will provide the Workshop arrangement at no extra cost (delivery charges will apply).
There are no refunds for Workshops.
When I send a confirmation of order it indicates that I have received your order. It does not constitute a contract between us. The contract between us takes place once I have accepted the order.
I have added this term to protect myself from any mistake in pricing, or I am no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In the case of a change of price, I will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
- Standard Orders received weekdays before 1pm UK time - will be delivered on the same day if required.
- Orders received after this time on weekdays are generally delivered the following day.
- No orders will be taken for same day delivery on Saturday.
- No orders will be taken on Sunday and no deliveries will take place on Sunday.
- Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note - order must be received before 1pm if for same day).
- Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day.
- Funerals Orders Delivery is 2 - 3 days from acceptance of order.
I cannot guarantee timed deliveries - except for funeral tributes and weddings.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home the flowers will be returned to the Flower Bouquet and a delivery note is left informing them to arrange a new delivery time (note there may be an additional charge for transport).
If a neighbour is home I will try and leave the flowers with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at The Flower Bouquet earliest convenience.
The Flower Bouquet is not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.
I take care of the flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Orders are inclusive of 20% VAT
Security. When the order is placed credit card numbers are not retained. Personal details are only used for order/delivery fulfilment with the clients consent.
